How this differs

This page is woodland camo in olive, brown, tan, and black — outdoor and photoshoot. Red, white, and blue stars for Fourth of July is Patriotic Classic Physique practice trunks. Stage-legal Classic Physique is a solid color, not a print: PRO hologram, PRO velvet, or Regular matte Lycra. Woodland tones read well against grass, trees, and dirt; a solid or hologram trunk usually photographs cleaner on a white studio background.

Why prints are not stage-legal

NPC and IFBB rules require classic physique trunks to be a solid, non-distracting color on the competition stage. Prints, patterns, and embellishments are prohibited for the lineup, judging, and posing rounds. If you compete in a federation outside NPC/IFBB, check that federation's specific rules — some are more permissive on prints, most are not.

Sizing

Measure your waist at the hip-bone level.

  • Small: 28–30 inch waist
  • Medium: 32–34 inch waist (typical 175–205 lb competitor)
  • Large: 36–38 inch waist

The PRO cut runs a touch more revealing than the regular cut at the same waist size — there is less side coverage. If you're between sizes or new to the PRO cut, call 727-784-0844 before ordering.

Care

Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Rinse in fresh water after pool or ocean use. Lay flat to dry — never put this fabric in the dryer. Avoid contact with self-tanner before it has fully dried. The print is dyed into the fabric, not screen-printed, so it does not crack or peel. Prolonged sun and chlorine can gradually soften colors.
