Do these meet NPC and IFBB bodybuilding guidelines?
Yes. The Rio cut with gather back meets current NPC and IFBB open bodybuilding and 212 coverage requirements. Solid colors, hologram fabrics, velvet, and tonal black snake print are all stage-legal under current rules. If you compete in a federation outside NPC/IFBB, call us before ordering so we can confirm fit to that federation's specific rules.
What's the difference between matte lycra, mist, and shatterglass?
Matte lycra reads completely flat under stage lights. The suit disappears and the physique becomes the focal point. Mist hologram has a soft, diffused shine that supports the physique without dominating. Shatterglass hologram throws aggressive light from every angle, maximum stage pop. Choose matte if you want tradition, mist if you want refined shine, shatterglass if you want maximum attention.
How fast do you ship?
Most in-stock bodybuilding trunks ship same-day or next business day from Clearwater, Florida. Custom orders run 2 weeks standard with rush options available. If you have a show inside a week, call us at 727-784-0844 before ordering.
Will competition tan transfer to hologram fabrics?
Hologram fabrics are less forgiving than matte lycra when it comes to tan transfer. Always apply your competition tan well in advance and confirm it is fully dry before putting on the trunk. Bring a backup pair to the venue for the morning show if you're also competing in the evening show.
