What Is the Fit Model Division? Launched in 2025, the NPC/IFBB Fit Model division offers a more attainable path for athletes who want to showcase a fit, feminine look without the extreme leanness or muscular detail required in Bikini or Wellness. Judges evaluate:
- Balanced symmetry and pleasing overall proportions
- Shapely yet moderate muscularity (less than Bikini standards)
- Graceful posing and confident stage presence
- A polished, elegant appearance (hair, tan, makeup, and suit working together)

Official NPC & IFBB Fit Model Suit Requirements To ensure compliance and avoid disqualification, your suit must follow these exact rules (based on current 2025–2026 NPC/IFBB guidelines):
- Fabric: One plain, solid color only — Spandex/Lycra or Metallic/Hologram permitted (no patterns, prints, or multi-color designs)
- No embellishments: Absolutely no crystals, stones, sequins, beads, bling, or connectors of any kind

Bottom coverage:
- Moderate coverage in the front (no sharp V-cut; front should be slightly rounded/swoop style)
- Minimum 50% glute coverage in the back (no thongs, micro cuts, pro cuts, cheeky styles)
- No ties: Side ties on the bottoms are not permitted
- Style: Two-piece bikini only (top + bottom)
- Other: Off-the-rack or custom suits are both allowed, as long as they meet the above criteria
