Posing Suits

These are the suits our Bikini, Wellness, and Fit Model athletes pose in every day through prep: at the gym, for coach check-ins, and for progress photos. When you're ready for the stage, we'll make your competition suit. Most are $88, sale styles start at $39, and in-stock suits ship the same or next business day from our Clearwater, Florida workshop.

Almost every one has slide sides, so you can move the hip line as you lean out instead of buying a new suit. Pick velvet if you want to see your lines the way stage lights show them. Hologram and sequin give you some shine. Butterfly backs cover a little more.

Posing Suit FAQ

What's the difference between a posing suit and a competition stage suit?

A posing suit is cut and sized like your stage suit but built for daily wear — it's for practice sessions, check-ins, and progress photos leading up to the show, not the competition itself. Always confirm your federation's current stage-suit requirements before you compete; a posing suit isn't a substitute for a compliant stage suit.

Will a posing suit hold its shape as my body changes during prep?

Yes. Every posing practice bikini in this collection has adjustable slide sides, so you can take the bottoms in as your measurements shift through prep instead of the suit gapping or losing its fit the way a standard fashion bikini would.

Are these suits NPC and IFBB compliant?

These are practice suits cut to match bikini, wellness, and fit model-style divisions — not certified competition stage suits. Always check your federation's current rules for exact stage-day requirements before your show.

About our posing practice bikinis

We've been making competition suits in our Clearwater, Florida workshop since 1996. Our posing practice bikinis come off the same tables, sewn by the same team. Wear them for daily posing, progress photos, and coach check-ins. They are practice suits, not stage suits.

Made to keep up with prep

Your body changes fast between the start of prep and peak week. A fashion bikini stretches out and gaps. Ours have slide sides, so you can move the hip line and keep the bottom where it belongs as you lean out.

Pick your fabric

Stretch velvet shows your lines the way stage lights do, and it grips a little through quarter turns. Lycra is simple, bright, and matte. Hologram and sequin give you some shine on camera.

Pick your cut

Micro scrunch bottoms are for Bikini and Wellness practice. Butterfly backs and moderate cuts cover a little more, for Wellness, Fit Model, and progress photos. For your stage suit, always check your federation's current rules.

Ships fast

In-stock suits ship the same or next business day. The custom velvet takes about 2 weeks, and the Figure or Physique practice suit takes 2 weeks with rush available.

Every suit is custom-made in Clearwater, Florida. No overseas factories and no mass production.
