Why a separate trunk for off-stage use?

Three reasons competitors order a practice pair:

Save your show suit. Posing practice — kneeling, dropping, sweating — wears down the fabric and stitching of your competition trunk. A separate pair for the practice room means your show pair stays show-ready.
Photoshoot impact. Solid-color stage trunks photograph clean but conservatively. Print fabrics give post-show photoshoots and content-creation shoots a more distinctive look that solid black doesn't.
Beach, pool, summer events. Trunks built on the PRO cut for the body you've worked for — without looking like you walked off the stage.

Sizing

Small (28–30″ waist), Medium (32–34″ — typical 175–205 lb competitor), Large (36–38″). The PRO cut runs a touch more revealing than the regular cut at the same waist size. If you're between sizes or new to the PRO cut, contact us at 727-784-0844 before ordering.

Frequently asked questions

Can I wear these in a competition?

No. NPC and IFBB classic physique and bodybuilding rules require solid, non-distracting colors on the competition stage. Prints are not permitted. These trunks are designed for posing practice, photoshoots, beach, and summer events — not for the competition stage.

Why are these built on the PRO cut?

The PRO cut (narrower side, higher leg opening) is more popular for photoshoots and beach use specifically because it shows more of the leg development you've worked for. For practice room use where you're rehearsing stage routines, the more revealing cut also helps you train how the show-day trunk will feel.

Will these hold up in chlorine and salt water?

Yes, with care. The printed spandex is the same fabric weight we use for our competition suits and handles chlorine and salt water for typical beach and pool use. Rinse in cool fresh water after pool or ocean exposure, lay flat to dry, and never put any competition fabric in the dryer.

How fast do you ship?

Most in-stock men's trunks ship same-day or next business day from Clearwater, Florida. Custom prints take 2 weeks standard production (business days), with 1-week rush available for $10 and 2-day rush for $25.
