The three classic physique cuts we make
We offer three cuts of classic physique trunks. Each is built to NPC and IFBB classic physique stage rules. They differ in how aggressive the silhouette is — how narrow the side seam runs and how high the leg opening sits.
- Regular cut: Traditional classic physique silhouette. More side coverage. The conservative stage-standard fit. Most popular with first-time and amateur competitors.
- PRO cut: Narrower side seam and higher leg opening than regular. More glute and upper-thigh exposure. The cut most competitive classic physique athletes wear on stage.
- Custom PRO Cut (this trunk): Our most aggressive classic physique cut. Narrower at the side seam than PRO cut, higher leg opening, for maximum thigh, glute, and quad exposure within NPC and IFBB rules.
How to order
Use the options panel above the buy button to select:
- 1. Fabric: Mist hologram, luxury velvet, or Lycra.
- 2. Size: Small, Medium, or Large (see sizing guide below)
- 3 Rush service (optional): 1-week rush (+$10) or 2-day rush (+$25)
Production time
All production times are business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) and are separate from shipping time.
- Standard: 2 weeks (10 business days) from order date — no extra charge
- 1-week rush: 5 business days. Add $10 in the options.
- 2-day rush: 2 business days. Add $25 in the options. Call 727-784-0844 for questions.
Once production is complete, shipping time is separate. Standard USPS Ground typically takes 2–5 business days in the US. Expedited and overnight shipping is available at checkout.
Who this trunk is for
You compete at the higher levels of NPC (nationals) or IFBB PRO classic physique and you want the most aggressive cut the rules allow. Standard PRO cut is no longer revealing enough for the look you want on stage. You want a custom-built trunk in your specific fabric. This is the cut you wear when you want maximum leg and glute exposure while staying within division rules — the most aggressive look in your call-out lineup.
Custom PRO Cut is not a beginner trunk. If you have not competed in classic physique before, or if this is your first show, consider our standard PRO cut or regular cut — they are more forgiving on body type and easier to wear comfortably for long judging rounds.
Stage-legal fabric guide
Every fabric option on this page is NPC and IFBB classic physique stage-legal.
- Matte lycra: Traditional no-shine. Most forgiving for tan transfer. Lets the physique do the work.
- Mist hologram: Subtle, diffused shine. Refined look that photographs cleanly.
- Velvet: Premium texture. Rich depth. Excellent contrast with darker skin tones.
Sizing
Measure your waist at the hip-bone level.
- Small: 28–30″ waist
- Medium: 32–34″ waist (typical 175–205 lb competitor)
- Large: 36–38″ waist
The Custom PRO Cut is the most aggressive cut we make — significantly less side coverage than even the standard PRO cut at the same waist size. If you are new to this cut, between sizes, or dropping water for a show, call us at 727-784-0844 before ordering. Because these are made-to-order, we can sometimes accommodate non-standard measurements at no extra cost.

What’s the difference between the Custom PRO Cut and the standard PRO cut?
The Custom PRO Cut is our most aggressive classic physique cut. The side seam runs about 1 inch narrower than the standard PRO cut and the leg opening sits higher, exposing more thigh, glute, and quad. The Custom PRO Cut sits at the most aggressive end of what the rules allow, while the standard PRO cut sits in the middle.
Is the Custom PRO Cut still stage-legal?
Yes, for most larger shows, national shows and pro shows. You should check with the show promoter if you are unsure. The cut sits at the most aggressive end of the allowed range, but more revealing than the standard PRO cut.
Should I order Custom PRO Cut or standard PRO cut?
If you have competed in classic physique before in the standard PRO cut and want a more aggressive look for your next show, choose Custom PRO Cut. If this is your first classic physique show, or if you are unsure how a more revealing cut will feel during long judging rounds, choose the standard PRO cut. Custom PRO Cut is the cut for experienced competitors who know exactly what silhouette they want on stage.
Does the 2-day rush mean I will have them in 2 days?
No. 2-day rush means 2 business days of production time — the trunks ship at the end of that 2nd business day. Shipping time is separate. If you need the trunks in hand by a specific date, call us at 727-784-0844 so we can calculate the right combination of rush production plus expedited shipping.
Are custom orders returnable?
Custom-made trunks are final sale because they are built to your specifications. If there is a defect in workmanship, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. If the fit is wrong because you sized incorrectly, we cannot accept a return — which is why we recommend calling us before ordering if you have any sizing doubts.
Care
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry — never put competition fabric in the dryer. Hologram and velvet fabrics require gentle handling — see fabric-specific care notes when your trunk arrives. Avoid contact with self-tanner before it has fully dried.
