  • Sizes: Small 28–30 inch waist. Medium 32–34 inch (typical 175–205 lb). Large 36–38 inch. Extra Large 38+ inches (typically 230 lb or larger).

Derek Lunsford wore custom trunks from SY Competition Suits on the 2026 Olympia stage, including his signature turquoise. Lucy measured Derek at his gym and made two prototypes to get the fit exactly right. Then she made him trunks in several colors.
