Our Original Black Velvet Posing Practice Bikini pairs soft stretch velvet with a micro scrunch bottom and adjustable slide sides. Position the bottom high on your hips and adjust the fit as your physique changes throughout prep. The rounded B-cup top has adjustable tie straps and optional padding.

Why black velvet

Velvet catches gym light with real highlights and shadows, so you see your lines more like you will on stage. It grips a little too, so the suit stays put while you practice. Black is our bestselling color.

Fit through prep

Tighten the slide sides as you lean out so the bottom stays high on your hips. Adjust the straps and add or remove the padding. One size, rounded B cup that fits B to C. Read the Posing Suit Fit Guide.
