Every custom Fit Model competition suit from SY Competition Suits is manufactured in our Clearwater, Florida workshop by Lucy McCudden. Your suit is made to your measurements — not a standard size adjusted after the fact — for NPC and IFBB Fit Model.

Suits are built to NPC and IFBB Fit Model guidelines. That is not federation approval, and it is not a guarantee. The NPC, NPC Worldwide, and IFBB Professional League have not authorized or granted the license, authority, or exclusivity to any competition suit company or designer to be their official suit maker. Head-judge check-in is the test. Bring a second suit.

What Fit Model actually requires

This division is scored in a plain two-piece. Crystal bikini suits from other divisions will not pass Fit Model check-in.

Two-piece only. One-pieces are not Fit Model.
One plain color. Spandex/Lycra or Metallic hologram. No other fabric.
No crystals, stones, sequins, or beads.
No connectors and no side ties. Slide adjusters, not strings.
Moderate, slightly rounded front. No sharp V.
Minimum 50% glute coverage. Scrunch back is allowed if coverage holds.
No thongs. Micro, pro, Brazilian, and cheeky cuts do not qualify.

How long does a custom Fit Model suit take?

Custom Fit Model suits typically take 3 weeks. Rush is available — confirm timing with the workshop. In-stock Fit Model bikinis ship the same day or next business day. If you have a show date, contact the workshop before you pay. Custom Fit Model is not the Stage-Ready program.

How the custom order works

Choose hologram or solid Lycra, Classic cut or Moderate cut.
Fill out the measurement form on the product page — bust, waist, hips, and any notes for Lucy. Add your show date.
We manufacture your suit in our Clearwater, Florida workshop.
Your suit ships to you. Head-judge check-in is still the test. Bring a second suit.

Why SY Competition Suits

Lucy McCudden has manufactured NPC and IFBB competition suits in Clearwater, Florida since 1996. SY says athletes who have worn its suits include Ms. Bikini Olympia Maureen Blanquisco and Wellness Olympia champion Francielle Mattos. Treat those as the company’s own claims unless a third-party recap names the maker.

SY is a Clearwater manufacturer. It is not the only competition-suit manufacturer in the country, and it is not an official NPC or IFBB suit maker.
